STUDY LITERATURE DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN

Background: Covid-19 greatly affects mental health in health workers who work as the vanguard at the time of the pandemic, especially the medical team who directly handle services at the hospital causing emotional distress related to countless death, the sudden spread of the virus that causes a serious emotional burden that arises symptoms of depression due to the fear of contractigng and feeling as a source of death for family or closest relatives. Purpose: This study aims to find out the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on mental health on health workers based on study literature. Method: This study uses the design of Study Literature, at the beginning of the search obtained 18,649 journals, after screening reached the sample number of 14 journals namely Google Scoolar (n = 2), Scient Direct (n = 5), ProQuest (n = 2) PubMed (n = 4). Using the keywords "Covid-19 Or Pandemic Covid" and "Mental Health" and "Psychological Effect" and "Health Personnel" and "Stress" and "Depression" and "Nursing Personnel". From the journal obtained there are several impacts obtained, namely psychological impact, perceptual impact, physical impact. Results: based on 14 journals obtained have found the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on health workers resulting in stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia or disruption to sleep resulting in a long time at work. Conclusion: From this study it can be concluded that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is very influential on mental health, especially on health workers who work or handle patients directly in hospitals
