PENGARUH KOMPOSISI MEDIA AMPAS TEH, AMPAS TEBU DAN SERBUK GERGAJI SEBAGAI MEDIA TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL DUA JENIS JAMUR

Indonesia is one of the agricultural countries and is known as the world's leading mushroom warehouse. Various types of mushrooms are cultivated and popular as food and vegetables and are widely traded, including: edible mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae), champignon mushroom/button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), wood mushroom such as ear mushroom (Auricularia auricula-judae), shiitake mushroom (Lentinuna edodes) and oyster mushrooms (Pleurtus ostreatus) (Sunarjon, 2011). This study used a split plot design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the type of mushroom, namely white oyster mushrooms and ear mushrooms. The second factor was the composition of the growing media, which consisted of P0: sawdust (control), P1: 75% sawdust + 25% tea dregs, P2: 75% sawdust + 25% bagasse, P3: 50% sawdust + tea dregs. 25% + bagasse 25%, P4: sawdust 25% + tea bagasse 50% + bagasse 25%, P5: sawdust 25% + tea bagasse 25% + bagasse 50%. There was a significant interaction between fungi and the composition of the growing media on the parameters of mycelium growth (cm), mycelium growth (%), diameter of fruit cap, number of fruit caps, total fresh weight of fruit cap, total dry weight of fruit cap, and value of biological efficiency. White oyster mushroom with 75% sawdust media + 25% bagasse had higher number of fruit caps, dry weight and biological efficiency
