GAMBARAN FAKTOR PENYEBAB STRES KERJA & GEJALA PADA PERAWAT PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

As we know right now, everyone in the world, especially in Indonesia, is being hit by the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Where the role of health workers is needed, especially for nurses in the handling of COVID and the emergency department at the puskesmas. The presence of worry for nurses can cause work stress. Work stress is a condition that is not balanced between a person's physical and mental condition. Factors that can influence can be from within or from outside the work environment. This study aims to describe the factors that cause work stress in puskesmas nurses in Mojokerto Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the number of subjects as many as 125 people, using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using two scales, namely the scale of work stress factors and work stress symptoms. The type of scale used is the Likert scale, and the data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Data analysis using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause work stress experienced by nurses in the ER and the handling of covid are the heavy workload and poor interpersonal relationships between coworkers and superiors. Then for the symptoms of work stress, according to them, it is not too influential, both in terms of physical, psychological, and behavioral stress symptoms. Nurses are expected to improve their interpersonal relationships at work, because it takes a good relationship between colleagues and superiors at work, so that when carrying out work they are happier, without any burden
