ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN JIWA PADA NN. A 22 TAHUN DENGAN ANSIETAS

Background: Anxiety is vague feeling of discomfort or fear due to a response (the cause is not specific or unknwon to the individual). This study aims to understand in dept about nursing care in Ms.A with anxiety. Method: Writing scientific papers recently used a research design with a case study approach to explore problems as a nursing care for anxiety patients. A case study using nursing care is a series of individual nursing processes in patients diagnosed with anxiety by assessing, establishing nursing diagnoses, preparing plans, taking nursing actions and evaluating patients. Results: The nursing diagnosis that emerged was anxiety and sleep disorder. Interventions applied to relaxation therapy patients in the form of deep breath relaxation, music therapy and guided imagery techniques in the form of 5 finger hypnosis. The evaluation obtained during the activity was carried out from the start of the assessment to the implementation and evaluation of the results of the patient being cooperative during the activity and being able to follow from the nurse well. Conclusion: Mental Nursing Care at Ms. Anxiety is carried out through five stages of the nursing process. All nursing problems to solve the above nursing problems can be done optimally
