Pengaruh School Well-Being Terhadap Kematangan Karier Siswa di SMAN X Singosari

Currently, many high school students are competing to determine the career choice they will do in the future. Guaranteed jobs, the best universities with the best majors are targets of choice for many high school students. Confidence in choosing a major to the right job for students cannot be separated from the support and information provided by the school. If the school is able to provide good service and create a comfortable environment for students while in the school environment, many of the students will have high school well-being so that the level of students’ ability in determining career choices will be better. The goal that the researcher wants to achieve in this study is to determine the effect of school well-being on the career maturity of clas XII students who are in the stage of determining their future careers. In practice, this research uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with a causal design. The subjects used in this study amounted to 115 students of SMAN X Singosari who were selected by simple random sampling technique. Simple linear regression is used to analyze the data that has been obtained, where from the analysis that has been carried out the results show that there is a significant influence between school well-being on career maturity with a coefficient value of 0.273 where the value of sig is 0.003 < 0.05. School well-being has an influence on student career maturity by 7.4% where the rest is influenced by other factors
