Analisa Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (SMK3L) Sesuai dengan SNI ISO 45001:2018 dan PP No. 50 Tahun 2012 (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Pasar Pon Trenggalek)

The K3 program in development projects has a very important role because of the high risk of work accidents. As in the Trenggalek Pon market construction project, one of the workers had a work accident, namely his foot was pierced by a nail so first aid and treatment had to be given. This is very dangerous for safety. Based on this, an occupational safety and health (K3) program was implemented which aims to provide a good, comfortable, neat, clean and safe environment and working conditions and can avoid accidents and occupational diseases. The analysis method uses scoring and multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the percentage of K3 implementation is from the labor variable with an average percentage of 86.35%, followed by the training/policy variable 85.50%, then the environmental variable 85.19%, with a percentage value between 85%-100% is the result satisfactory. The dominant factor in influencing the implementation of OHS, with the highest t-test value, is labor with a value of 2.097. Then, training/policy with a value of 2.065, and environment with a value of 2.034. The value of the effect of the application of K3 on labor productivity is 81.3%. Thus, a project is expected to increase supervision and pay more attention to the implementation of SMK3L so that the implementation of SMK3L can be more effective so that a safe, healthy and productive workplace can always be obtained
