This presentation represents a draft policy paper addressing the well-known documented patterns of human rights abuses occurring in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories. The draft policy paper seeks a solution to the entrenched conflict through the effective use of peacekeeping forces in the region, under the authority of the Responsibility to Protect principle.
