A presentation by Steve Staples to the ACW All Team Meeting in Vancouver, 2016. It reports on the findings of an ACW project to gather information on the models that the Canadian labour movement is using to deliver training and education programs. An online survey and interviews with representatives of major unions (CLC, UA Canada, Public Service Alliance, and Unifor) resulted in a database of union training programs, revealed the lack of climate-related content, and made recommendations on how to structure climate training.Adapting Canadian Work and Workplaces to Respond to Climate Chang
