The bulk of the video is a recording of a speaking event held in a gymnasium in which several speakers come to the podium to discuss gun violence, its impact on youth, and community policing. Joseph E. Lowery introduces several key figures in Atlanta city government, including the Chair of the Fulton County Commission, to speak concerning the impact of gun violence and youth violence in Atlanta.The Atlanta University Center Robert W.
