To identify what determines the differences of the result of Lithuanian woman javelin throwers and women throwers from all over the world?

Topicality: physical trainingis an important part of sport training, it is necessary to look for new ways and means of training to improve its efficiency. In order to purposefully manage the process of training, to achieve high results, to align with the world, and not the elite of the country, one must know the energy supply of this sport, also the mobility skill influence the result and to which mobility skill should be given the highest priority. Objective: To identify what determines the differences of the result of Lithuanian woman javelin throwers and women throwers from all over the world? Tasks: 1. To indicate and compare the athletic fitness tests of the women jevelin throwers of the Lithuanian ones to the worldwide best of the best ones. 2. To indicate and compare the bimechanical settings tests of the women jevelin throwers of the Lithuanian ones to the worldwide best of the best ones. Object of the research: Best women javelin throwers in Lithuania. Subjects of the reaserch: this analysis had participation from Lithuania's best javelin throwers (n 4). Material about world's best javelin throwers was taken from a book \"Science and Practice of the Javelin Throw\". Methods of the reaserch: analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical tests, observation of the competition results, statistical analysis. Organization of the research: This analysis had participation from Lithuania's best javelin throwers （n 4). The main thing was the maximum results of the tests, so the tests were made when sports women were doing workouts with the maximum weights and power with the purpose to get exact results. Also the biomechanics indicators of the throws were analysed. All the results were fixated. Conclusions: 1. The women jevelin throwers of Lithuania are lagging behind in almost all athletic reflexion tests, but only have the advantage of 30 metres of running from the start and the jump to the distance from the spot tests. 2. The exhaust angle corresponds to the recommended one (between 34 and 38 degrees) is the best for women jevelin throwers worlwide, in Lithuania this index is stirving for 41 degree, which is a quite bad result
