The aim: analyse the impact different post-exercise strategies for basketball players based on the results of vertical jump and 20m sprint. The problem of the study: even though there is a lot of research analysing various post-exercise strategies to improve the recovery speed between basketball matches, it seems that there is a lack in research about the most efficient post-exercise recovery during the match itself. During every game the player perform high intensity movements (sprints, jumps etc.), which weakens their ability to perform at their maximum capacity, which slows the intensity of the game itself.
