Object: the kinetic of cardiorespiratory parameters in elderly age women The research problem: There are many studies that compare the kinetics of cardiorespiratory function during moderate intensity exercises and recovery. According to these studies, cardiovascular and respiratory systems are functioning slower in elderly people, compared with young ones (Murias et al., 2011; Gravelle et al., 2012). However, it was not evaluated if there are differences between elderly and middle aged females.
