Aim of the study: To determine overweight and obese people with physical capacity in relation to the metabolic syndrome indicators. Study methods: survey, nutrition table, physical measurements, spirometry, pulse calculation, ergometry, dynamometry. Results: persons with metabolic syndrome had higher blood glucose and triglycerides level in blood, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, increased waist to hip ratio. Also, the increasing load test showed that the group without metabolic syndrome had better physical data than group without metabolic syndrome. Conclusions: 1. Group with metabolic syndrome showed that blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), triglycerides, fasting glucose and waist to hip ratio were greater whereas high-density ...
