Purpose of the study - to identify and compare the physical capacity of exercising and not exercising pre-school children (5-6 years). The study uses the following methods: 1. Analysis of literature sources; 2. Testing. The results of the study were subjected to statistical analysis. Results. Leg muscle strength testing indicators of exercising and not exercising pre-school children are as follows: jump on one leg 7 m - 4.07 s ((± 3.50) and 4.69 s (± 5.98), standing long jump 123.78 cm (± 51.00) and 95.98 cm (± 68.00).
