The hypothesis is that the anaerobic alactic type of warm-up would have a greater affect towards one’s power rate and its alteration throughout the game in comparison with the anaerobic alactic / anaerobic lactic type. The aim – is to clarify the different warm-ups efficiency in power rate and its alteration throughout the game. Tasks: 1.
