People who had spinal cord injuries most of the time have to spend on a wheelchair, therefore they feel back and muscle pain. In these patients, it is necessary to move and do more exercises. Massage is a great tool to relax tense muscles, improve blood circulation and activate. Research aim: assess the hemodynamic effects of massage for people with spinal cord injuries. Objectives: 1. Identify the patient's blood flow before and after massage. 2. Identify the patient's blood flow before and after massage persons who have a different degree of violation. 3. Identify the effect of the massage systolic and diastolic blood pressure. 4. Identify the effect of the massage systolic and diastolic blood pressure persons who have a different degree of violation. Research object: the hemodynamic effects of massage. Conclusions: 1. Measurements of blood flow before and after the massage treatments were seen significant differences. Individuals who have suffered spinal cord injury, massage treatments had a positive effect on blood circulation. 2.
