The Object: effect of a single bout of aerobic exercise on cognitive function and motor learning in elder people. The research problem: it was found, that after an acute moderate intensty aerobic exercise workload begins neurochemical processes, which has effect on cognitive function improvement (Kamijo et al., 2009; Snow et al., 2016) for young people (Drollette et al., 2014; Barella et al., 2010; McDonell et al., 2013), but is not known how a single bout moderate intensity aerobic training load affects the movement of older people and how the improvement of cognitive function influence learning movements.
