Aerobic exertion effects on functional State of runners

very important to know the function of the athletes’ characteristics to achieve high results. Also the impact of measures to create the effects, what changes in the body because of an exercise. Aim. Assess the impact of effects of aerobic exertion on runners’ cardiovascular functional parameters using a functional model of the body. Objectives: 1. Determine the influence of aerobic exertion over muscle oxygen consumption. 2. Set the change of the central cardiovascular functional parameters because of exercises carried out in aerobic endurance training load. 3. Compare the recovery of cardiovascular functional parameters from measured physical exercise before and after endurance training exercises. Originality of the work. By using new modern research methodologies, assessed exercises, where using the balanced nature of aerobic exercise middle-distance runners develop endurance. It is shown that such exercises impact mainly affects the heart, as the central organ of the circulation, performance indicators and does not create a significant change of the oxygen satiation during physical exertion. The practical significance of the work. Modern endurance training technology combines a number of different training methods; therefore, having the right knowledge of their effects allows the trainer to plan precisely the inner side of the physical exertion in the hope of relevant adaptation effects. Methods: (n = 14) athletes participated in the study. Target: medium-skill middle-distance runners (21,1±2,4 m.). Before the exercise they carried out one after another three Rufje samples. After that they did 50 min cross run (heart rate (HR) 140-155 hb/min.). After running they have carried out three Rufje samples again. During the Rufje samples StO2 was recorded - oxygen satiation change in the muscle. While carrying out the Rufje samples and two minutes after 12 standard derivation electrocardiogram (ECG) was being recorded. The following indicators were analysed: HR (heart rate) and JT interval (interval ECG from the coupling J to the T wave end). Results: showed that there were no statistically significant changes in all of our valued StO2 change. Neither the StO2 delay change, nor the StO2 speed change and the value to which StO2 fell did not change significantly after the exercise. Aerobic exercises done on the load changed many central cardiovascular functional parameters. In the rapid recovery phase, after aerobic exertion exercise most of the cardiovascular functional parameters recovered quickly. Conclusions. 1. The corresponding oxygen consumption rate of athlete's muscles is a characteristic feature of athlete's body and a single type of aerobic exercise does not alter the rate of oxygen consumption essentially. 2. Aerobic exercises done on the load change many of central cardiovascular functional parameters, therefore, it is considered that for a runner with an appropriate training seniority equivalent aerobic nature of race develops mainly the functional capabilities of the heart. 3. Recovery after exercise is a complex and versatile process. Although in the rapid recovery phase, after aerobic exertion exercise most of the cardiovascular functional parameters recover quicker (half-periods of recovery shorten), but this does not mean that the athlete is not tired.
