The aim of this study was to ascertain the sex differences in the influence of prior eccentric-concentric load on the kinetics of cardiorespiratory parameters during constant intensity exercise. The tasks set were as follows: 1. To estimate the influence of prior eccentric-concentric load on the changes of cardiorespiratory parameters during moderate and high intensity exercises. 2. To compare sex differences in the influence of prior eccentric-concentric load on the changes of cardiorespiratory parameters and effect of delayed onset muscle soreness during various intensity exercises.
