The purpose of the work: to establish connections between physical activity and dietary habit in 5-8 grade students. The methodology of work: questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics. The results: the biggest part of 5-8 grade students (54,4 %) have satisfactory dietary habits. 27.2 % by 5-8 grade students have poor dietary habits and only the last part (18,4 %) of 5-8 grade students have good dietary habits. Lower grade students are more encouraged to be physically active in comparison to their older peers. Physical activity is not sufficient among the group of interest.
