Good sports games coach traits and comunications whit athletes peculiarities by sex

Aim: To identify a good sports games coach traits and communication with athletes peculiarities by sex. Methhods: 1. Analysis of literature content. 2. Questionnaire survey. 3. Mathematical statistics. The results: My research was attended by 93 sports athletes. They received a questionnaire of 21 questions. Having analyzed the received data, I received 3 significant indicators. • To the questionnaire question \"Does the coach strengthen your overall team spirit? (athletes team sports only)“ (10th pic.) 80,0% of men and 50,0% of women chose “Yes”. The answer \"No\" was chosen by 3,3% of men and 21,1% of women, the answer \"Maybe\" was chosen by 16,7% of men and 28,9% of women. The indicator (p) is statistically significant. • To the question „Does the coach help you to discover the weaknesses of the opponent / opponent team?” (14th pic.) 85,7% of men and 30,4% of women chose “Yes”. The answer \"No\" was chosen by 1,4% of men and 13,0% of women, the answer \"Maybe\" was chosen by 12,9% of men and 56,5% of women. The indicator (p) is statistically significant. • To the question „Does the coach show respect to you / you and your team athletes?“ (21st pic.) 97,7% of men and 80,0% of women chose “Yes”. The answer \"No\" wasn’t chosen by no one, the answer \"Maybe\" was chosen by 2,3% of men and 20,0% of women. The indicator (p) is statistically significant. Conclusions: 1. When analyzing sources of scientific literature, it was found that women have more external influence than men. They are more responsive to the coach communication „signals“ and more motivated by emotional support of the coach. Meanwhile men are more independent and more inclined towards their inner motivation. 2. According to sourvey resultates, 17-23 years old girls suppose that the sports coach chosen actions have low influenced to their motivation and interrelationship. 3.
