Aim: To identify a good sports games coach traits and communication with athletes peculiarities by sex. Methhods: 1. Analysis of literature content. 2. Questionnaire survey. 3. Mathematical statistics. The results: My research was attended by 93 sports athletes. They received a questionnaire of 21 questions. Having analyzed the received data, I received 3 significant indicators. • To the questionnaire question \"Does the coach strengthen your overall team spirit? (athletes team sports only)“ (10th pic.) 80,0% of men and 50,0% of women chose “Yes”.
