Simple and recognition reaction test reliability and informativeness to younger football players

The aim of the work: To identify young soccer players simple and recognition reaction tests reliability and informativeness with brand new „Fitlight Trainer“ system. The research methods: Also in this study we tested reaction time testing with simple reaction (one stimulus, it is known how and when to react) and recognition reaction (one or more stimulus, it is known how and when to react). In this study participated 28 children age 12-14. Children was grouped in 2 groups. One who play plays soccer 18 and other 10 who not doing sport or doing but individual sport type. Reaction time testing was measured with brand new „Fitlight Trainer“ system which collect results and then can export in any computer. Results was calculated with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 and Microsoft Excel programs. Results: Testing with „Fitlight Trainer“ system shown us that testing simple reaction reliability is high ICC = 0,743, p < 0,05 but with recognitin reaction reliability is just average ICC = 0,670, p < 0,05. Test informativness shown us that the kids who play soccer they response to stimulus faster the not doing sport or doing it individual. Also it shows that soccer players in average results are better then not doing sport or doing but individual. Conclusion: Test reliability with simple reaction is high; Test reliability with recognition reaction is average; Testing study informativness, children who plays team sport like soccer they react to stimulus faster then thoes who not playing or playing individual sport
