Research aim: To found the effect of massage with electric stimulation and breathe methods on patients who have a lumbar spine disc herniation. Methods: The research took place in UAB RK \"Medicus'' clinic. In the study participated 16 patients who had a lumbar spine disc herniation. All participations were divided into two parts: massage with electric stimulation and breath methods. In the beginning and at the end of the research patients pain was rated using VAS scale and disability index with the Oswestry Functional Disability Questionnaire. Two types of groups were tested by producing lumbar spine range of motion with Inclinometer to find the differences before and after.
