Peculiarity of physical fitness of pupils with intellectual disabilities according to the type of physical activity

A pupil, who has disorder of intellect, finds the outside world more difficult. The pupil strugles to speak fluently, express thoughts. Images of space and time does not have shape. Small motorika is not developed. Missunderstands suitability of exercises for people with intellect disorder, therefore disabled people does not get an advantage from physical activity the same that healthy people do. Harmonic physical development helps disclose abilities of the pupil, to bring up virtual characteristics, to strength health, to form motive reason of personal nature. Investigation shows that majority of lithuanian pupil with disorder of intellect are not physical active enough. It takes negative effect for their growth and ripening. Main principles forming question of the investigation: physical capacity of intellectually disabled pupils subordinate type of physical activity and intensity or not. Hipotese frame from problematic question: as more physical exercises and out-of-class activity is intensive, as bigger is physical activity and physical capasity. The object of investigation: to estimate physical capasity of pupil with disorder of intellect, wich depends on type of phisical activity. Tasks of investigation: 1. To establish physical activity of people with disorder of the intellect. 2. To estimate physical capacity, this depends on different type of physical activity, of 14-16 age pupils with disorder of intellect. 3. To establish differences of physical capacity, belonging on the age of children with disorder of intellect. Methods of investigation: testing physical capacity by EUROFIT test. Mathematic statistics. Analyze of lessons of physical culture. The results showed, that physical capacity of pupils influent of different conditions of physical culture‘s lesions, stock, the education of specialists, number of out-of-class lesions.
