The article deals with the area of how water therapy activity effects the psychological and physical state of persons with physical disabilities. The research formulates a hypothesis that the application of water therapy activity can increase psychological and physical health indicators of physically disabled persons. The research was conducted by questionnaire and testing 11 physically disabled persons (2 women and 9 man) and was conducted in Lithuanian’s sport university pool and science laboratory and studies in adapted physical activity during 2012.
