Trial objective - to evaluate dynamic stability exercises effect for soccer players lower extremity range of motion and functional movements. Purpose – to evaluate effect for range of motion and quality of functional movement of 6 weeks of dynamic stability exercises. Tasks: 1. Evaluate effect of dynamic stability exercises for lower extremity range of motion. 2. Evaluate effect of dynamic stability exercises for lower extremity functional movements. 3. To compare range of motion and functional movements before and after 6 weeks of dynamic stability exercises among experimental and control groups. Hypothesis – we think that 6 week of dynamic stability exercises have positive impact on soccer players range of motion and functional movements....
