Problem of research: low back pain caused by hernia is the main disease of the spine, which affects more than half of the population. Numerous studies on rehabilitation after spinal hernia operations, using various physical therapy techniques, have been performed. A popular physical therapy measure is spine stabilizing exercises, but no studies thus far have been carried out about the benefits of this technique in patients after L4/L5 spinal hernia surgery, during the acute period. Therefore, in this work we study and compare the effectiveness of the spine stabilizing exercises with the effects of classic physical therapy exercises on back pain.
