Investigation aim: evaluate the effects of two different methods of physical therapy for back pain and lumbar part function at spinal disc herniation. Investigation methods: 1. Numeric Analogue Scale (NAS) 2. Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire 3. Oswestry Questionnaire 4. Schober‘s test 5. The abdominal muscles static endurance test 6. The back muscles static endurance test Results: By the Numeric Analogue Scale, lower back pain more statistically significant decrease of the test group (p<0,05), from 6,9 to 3,2 points.
