The aim of the work – to analyse the created image of disabled athletes in Lithuanian Media. Methods used in the work: 1. Analysis of scientific literature. 2. Qualitative content analysis. Results and conclusion of the work: Qualitative content analysis was done and it showed that Parolimpic sport is becoming more popular but the image about para-athletes do not accord their expectation. According to three the most popular Lithuanian internet sites about para-athletes image in the media were formed four image groups. It means that for positive para-athletes image formation the biggest influence is that this sport is not professional but only integration. They are only like receives of sustentation and disadvantaged by public and media
