Systemic analysis of knee anterior cruciate ligament rupture surgical and conservative treatment

problem of research One of the most common knee injuries is an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture. It often results an instability of the knee joint, which increases the risk of further knee damage. This rupture usually occurs in young and active people. Scientists are considering which method for treating ACL rupture is most effective. In our study we set the problematic question: How to effectively treat ACL rupture operative or conservative manner? The aim of the research: Examine the patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, surgical and conservative methods of treatment and to evaluate the results of the treatment. The task of the research: 1. Examine the patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture surgical treatment methods and results. 2. Examine the patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture conservative treatment methods and results. 3. Compare surgical and conservative methods of treatment effectiveness. Research methods: ISI articles overview comparing operative and conservative methods of treatment results of ACL rupture. The object of research: Patients with ACL rupture. Conclusions: 1. Autograft had greater advantages than allograft in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Arthroscopic reconstruction gave better results than open surgery. 2. Conservative treatment is usually more effective for people whose activity level is low. The most effective method of conservative treatment is physical therapy. Prolotherapy injectionts therapy may be an alternative to surgery. 3. Anterior cruciate ligament rupture conservative and surgical treatment results did not differ significantly. Patients who were treated operatively had a significantly better stability of the knee
