The aim: to evaluate the use of virtual reality and physical therapy the recovery of function on the patients after ischemic stroke. The goals: 1. To evaluate how virtual reality method effects balance and gait after ischemic stroke. 2. To evaluate how virtual reality method effects reaction speed after ischemic stroke patients. 3. Compare physical therapy and virtual reality effects with normal physical therapy balance, gait and reaction speed results patients after ischemic stroke.
