The goal of the study: Evaluate the effect of pilates exercise on pelvic floor muscle function and quality of life Methods: 1. Literature analysis. 2. Anthropometry data analysis. 3. Questionnaires analysis. 4. Mathematical, metadata analysis. Results: After patients quality of life evaluation BMI scores in both groups were normal. Pilates exercise group PFDI 20 scores were 18,62(19,02), highest scores were in a colorectal-anal distress questionnaire – 7,03.
