Parental influence on students' physical activity

Such a healthy health behavior and of physical activity education in the family can be called as an informal, located outside the school. In the family physical activity can be promoted in various ways: the from housework at home, engaging in active leisure activities, sports. Students' physical activity promoted both only playing motion games in schools, in the presence physical education classes, attending sports and dance groups, active participation in activities during breaks, going on hikes, participation in competitions, picnic and so on, but also the planning of leisure time in the home environment with family members. The object – families influence of pupils physical activity. The aim – to reveal of the family impact on students' physical activity. Research tasks: 1. Identify students' physical activity and leisure peculiarities; 2. Identify students' physical activity and parents physical activity interrelations. 3. To reveal the role of the family in determining the students' physical activity. Conclusions. 1. In the ond of the study, we did the following conclusions: the majority of survey participants do not provide sufficient time for physical activity, exercise is very rare and mild. In contrast to physical activity, the majority of subjects more time spends on passive leisure time: most of them likes to listen to music, play video games and watch TV. 2. The more parents exercises and sports on leisure time, the more subjects at school during the research exercise so that be sweaty, breathing become more frequent. However, the exercise test at the classroom, in sports so that childrensbe sweaty andbreathing become more frequent was not statistically significantly associated with parents practiced physical activities. 3. Physicaly more actrive schoolchildren evaluatingtheir family situation better. Subjects who are physically active, often allow for active leisure time with their parents. As often as possible thesubjects exercising at school during sports so that be sweaty and become more frequent breathing they value their relationship with their parents or carers better
