The object of the research: The influence of the destructive interrelationship on employees’ wellbeing. The aim of the research: to identify the influence of the destructive interrelationship on employees’ well being, significance of the job results. The objectives of the research: 1. To reveal the features of the influence of the destructive interrelationship on employees’ wellbeing in theoretical approach. 2. To evaluate the influence of the destructive interrelationship on employees’ well-being. 3. To justify the influence on the job’s results of the destructive interrelationship on employees’ well-being. Conclusions: 1. The literature which was analysed reveals the features of destructive interrelationship on employees’ well being that apart from the level of destructiveness are very remarkable. While being influenced by destructive interrelationships, employees feel fear, sorrow; also they suffer from various sorts of aches, the permanent lassitude, stress, paranoia, different kinds of the memory disorders, as well as liability to depression or even suicide. 2. The results of the research based on social - demographic criteria showed that even of those who feel the worst in the job are management workers. According to the sex one third of females and males feel not satisfied every day at work. In addition, those who are elder and have a longer work experience more often have worse well-being. Those employees who belong to the bigger organisations feel better than those in middle sized companies. It goes without saying that destructive interrelationship despite all social-demographic criteria makes a negative impact on employees’ well-being. 3. The results of the research validate the impact of the well-being which is influenced by destructive interrelationship on the jobs’ results. It is worth to mention that the biggest part of the respondents despite their working experience claim that their job quality depends on the destructive interrelationship. The one third of the respondents who are elder agrees that destructive relationships make their job quality lower as compared to previous years. The conclusion can be made that the leaders of the organisations should assure the quality of the relationships’ of the employees as it makes an enormous mark on the final result of the job. Moreover, this is the main reason why it is necessary to react to any signs of the destructiveness, as well as creating equal working conditions to every employee. Furthermore, the collaboration of the employees, the same aims, same working atmosphere should be created and all of this would raise the quality level of the job and motivate friendly working relationship
