This study has as its objective the introduction of policy alternatives designed to establish an effective linkage system between education and the labor market. This is to be brought about through an examination, from both the short-and long-term perspectives, of the issues of mismatch and inequality that occur during the process of linking education and the labor market. Specific research results pertaining to each of these items can be summarized as follows.
