The purpose of this study is to present a framework for the effect of outplacement program and K-Bank best-practice outplacement systems. The recent literature on personnel management provides a theoretical and methodological foundation for the separation and outplacement study. A desired outplacement program result for individuals is the effective management of stress, and it appears that the way the organization manages outplacement practices can help achieve the results.
