The Aging Workforce: Challenges and Opportunities for Human Resource Professionals

The Aging Workforce book provides an extensive examination of the important and challenging topic of age discrimination in employment. The authors analyze the subject matter in a variety of contexts-legal, ethical, cross cultural, and practical. The authors also present the results of their own research as well as others regarding age discrimination in employment in the United States as well as other countries including Jamaica, Turkey, Thailand, Bahamas, and Afghanistan.
