A within-group approach was used to estimate the alpha reliability of the scales of the Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery (LNNB). LNNB protocols from 451 brain-impaired Ss, 414 schizophrenics, 128 Ss with mixed psychiatric disorders, and 108 normals were examined. Results support the high degree of internal consistency available within the clinical and localization summary scales. (7 ref
