Abraham Mailman moved to Hollywood in 1950 and became renowned for his leadership and philanthropy. He played a large part in shaping the Broward Jewish community. Abraham Mailman was also a highly successful industrialist, property developer, and banker. He created the city of Miramar to provide affordable homes for working people.
