Electronic learning or e-leaning is becoming increasingly popular. With the increasing emphasize on the benefits of E-leaning. Does this mean that e-leaning is a system lacking in any limitations? This paper sets out in discussing some of the limitations of e-leaning, in particular related with technologies, personal issues, comparison with traditional “ face to face” learning, design issues, and other issues. A cross-reference is done with referring to some existing research works about the limitations of e-leaning.
