Service delivery and the South African police service community service centres : an evaluative study of East Rand, Gauteng

However, little is known on the extent to which services rendered by these offices are effective and the problems militating against their optimal service delivery to the clients, especially in the present dawn of public clamouring for effective service delivery in South Africa.
