Notes by Hatice Gonnet-Bağana describing and translating the two rock-panel inscriptions at Fraktin (Kayseri). These two inscriptions depict religious acts and are labeled in Luwian hieroglyphs. Specifically mentioned are Hattusili III and Puduhepa. Gonnet provides some specific hieroglyphic translation and describes the possible religious meaing and ceremonious intentions. With two libation holes, the Fraktin site was used for religious ceremonies. Note that a replica of this relief can be seen in the Kayseri Museum.Paper (1 sheet
