Lower part of a statue inscribed on one side with Luwian hieroglyphic inscription found near the Palanga village of Malatya. Content of the targely worn out 5-line inscription indicates that is was dedication of a funerary statue by a local ruler and there are some references to a king in text. According to its stylistic features it is from Neo-Hittite, possibly the 8th century BC.
