Translation of the tablet illustrating the treaty of Muwatalli II (a king of the New Kingdom of the Hittite empire) with Alaksandus, a ruler of Wilusa (Troy, a city of the late Bronze Age and Assuwa confederation of western Anatolia), who sealed a treaty with Hittite king Muwatalli II ca. 1280 BC.
