The analysis of the customer purchase behaviour in the sector of tourism and even more of e-tourism is a subject relatively little explored in the literature if we look the stakes and the economic weight of this branch of industry for many countries. In this article, we will first of all analyze the impact of Internet in the different stages of the buying process and in particular the importance of the recommendations but also the brakes limiting its development which are common, for some of them, to e-commerce in general.
