Tıpta Uzmanlık TeziÖnceki çalışmalarda koroner arter hastalığı ile epikardiyal yağ doku arasında ilişki saptanmış olup, epikardiyal yağ dokunun koroner arter hastalığı yaygınlığı ve kompleksliği üzerine etkisi yeterince irdelenmemiştir. Çalışmamızdaki amaç koroner arter hastalığı yaygınlığı ve lezyon tipi üzerinde epikardiyal yağ doku kalınlığının etkisini araştırmaktır. Kliniğimize elektif koroner anjiyografi amaçlı yatırılmış olan hastaların geriye dönük olarak ekokardiyografik ve koroner anjiyografik görüntü kayıtları üzerinden ölçümler alındı.
