Die Yang-Mills-Theorie beschreibt die Wechselwirkung von Gluonen, den Austauschteilchen der starken Wechselwirkung. Eine Eigenschaft von Gluonen ist, dass sie nicht als freie Teilchen beobachtet werden. Dies wird Confinement genannt und hängt mit dem Infrarot-Regime der Theorie zusammen. In der vorliegenden Dissertation werden funktionale Gleichungen, die für nicht-perturbative Rechnungen besonders geeignet sind, verwendet, um das Verhalten von Propagatoren und Vertizes bei niedrigen Impulsen zu untersuchen und mit bekannten Confinement-Szenarios in Verbindung zu bringen.
