Circa 1897 family portrait of Johann (John Jr.) Graf (born 1870, Neudorf, Glueckstal district, Cherson) and wife Katherina Buck (born 1874, Friedenstal, Bessarabia) were married 5 November 1893 in (Richville) Logan County. Their two daughters are Emma Martha (standing, born 1894; married in 1912 John Jacob Ruff) and Dorothea Rose (seated, born 1896; married Michael George Helm).
