Consequently, users need to rely on very few of installation like SourceForge and accept all the associated risks. The main objectives of this paper are to describe collaborative technology called LibreSource and to illustrate how this technology can be used to support a collaborative software design process. LibreSource is an open source software platform that provides a framework and the associated services designed to support different kind collaborative processes, in particular design projects
