Describing NDSU as "a place of impact," President Joseph A. Chapman outlined bold initiatives for the future during his 10th annual State of the University Address. Chapman said NDSU began a transitional journey 10 years ago as each program developed its own next level of excellence. He said NDSU is preparing students for and assisting business with the global marketplace, noting that the land-grant ideal mandates preparation for society?s changes.
